Midlife crisis
sounds too serious.
A hurricane is a crisis,
a train wreck is one too.
But a crisis for age,
not me or you.
Let's call it instead
midlife chrysalis.
Much softer
sister butterfly.
Spread those wings,
it's time to fly.
